I am operating a quality service, as an independent Domestic Energy Assessor, providing Energy Performance Certificates and Home Information Packs in the Torbay & Devon area. Holding a level three Diploma in Domestic Energy Assessment along with a current CRB check, this service is provided to private vendors, Estate Agents and Solicitors. Turnaround time, under normal circumstances, is expected to be three days from the inspection date for an EPC & five to ten days for a complete Home Information Pack.
