I am operating a quality service, as an independent Domestic Energy Assessor, providing Energy Performance Certificates and Home Information Packs in the Torbay & Devon area. Holding a level three Diploma in Domestic Energy Assessment along with a current CRB check, this service is provided to private vendors, Estate Agents and Solicitors. Turnaround time, under normal circumstances, is expected to be three days for an EPC & five to ten days for a complete Home Information Pack.
